Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking an Entry Level Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in supportive settings. Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background check and TB clearance.
• Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
• Implement individualized behavior and skill-building programs.
• Support clients in developing communication and daily living skills.
• Collect and record data during sessions.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, punctual, and organized

Ability to follow written treatment plans

Familiar with Outlook, MS Teams, Tablets

Education

High school diploma or GED

Coursework in psychology, education, or a related field
