ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) in Salisbury, MD to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, in-community, or in-center. The BT will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans and document client progress, collaborating with families and team members to ensure success.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to pass a background check, and reliable local transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, in-community, or in-center.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
