ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) or RBT to join our team in Salisbury, MD. We offer in-home, school, community, or center-based 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and emphasize outcomes-driven, evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, in-community, or in-center.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.
• Continue with professional development.
