Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our clinician-led team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in diverse settings, under a BCBA supervision, and you’ll help collect progress data and support families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, in-community, or in-center.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respoect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.
• Continue with professional development.
