Job summary

Empire ABA is seeking a highly motivated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, or clinic settings and implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, helping clients achieve meaningful goals.

We offer $21–$26 hourly pay, 40 hours weekly (full-time) or part-time options, flexible shifts, paid training and certification assistance, bonus and referral programs, plus clear opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1 year ABA therapy experience or work with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
