Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will support independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions, while collaborating with our clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Strong patience, compassion, and calm demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing care plans.
