Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. This role emphasizes evidence-based interventions, independence, and positive behavior support as part of a collaborative clinical team.

Candidates should have a High school diploma or equivalent and be willing to learn, with patience and compassion to work with children with Autism. RBT certification is required before working, and the position offers flexible, part-time

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
