Job summary

BK Behavior seeks dedicated individuals to provide one on one ABA services to children with autism in home or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, record progress, and support families as part of a close clinical team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are willing to learn, and can complete the 40 hour RBT course. Paid training is offered; part-time roles with afternoon/evening hours are common in this field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience and compassion with the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community locations.
• Must complete the 40 hour RBT course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team with direct skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
