• B. MAJOR FUNCTION: Management of Student Behavior — enforces rules, manages participation and transitions, monitors behavior.
• C. MAJOR FUNCTION: Instructional Presentation — delivers lessons clearly, provides examples, ensures understanding and aligns objectives.
• D. MAJOR FUNCTION: Instructional Monitoring of Student Performance — checks progress and uses outcomes to guide instruction.
• E. MAJOR FUNCTION: Instructional Feedback — provides timely feedback to in-class and out-of-class work.
• F. MAJOR FUNCTION: Facilitating Instruction — uses diagnostic data to revise objectives and plans, maintains records.
• G. MAJOR FUNCTION: Interacting Within the Educational Environment — treats students fairly and collaborates with others.
• H. MAJOR FUNCTION: Performing Non-Instructional Duties — performs duties per policy, pursues professional development.
