Qualifications

• Michigan Department of Education Certification endorsements required.
• Endorsements include ZC, ZE, ZG, ZO as listed in the job posting.
• Teaching certification for elementary grades required by the state of Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and aligned with district philosophy.
• Align curriculum, instruction, and assessment to maximize student learning.
• Differentiate instruction for diverse student needs and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with PLCs to plan units, analyze strategies and assessments.
• Provide safety, health, and conduct supervision for students.
• Maintain classroom upkeep and work toward instructional goals.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to school-wide culture.
