Job summary

Milestones Autism Center seeks qualified RBTs to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Energetic candidates who think outside the box are encouraged to apply and submit a resume.

New hires without RBT certification will complete a 40-hour training, in-house probationary training, and certification to become an RBT, with ongoing staff development and supervision.

Qualifications

• Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 setting.
• Must have a passion for working with children with disabilities.
• Accurately collects data to monitor progress of programs.
• Maintain precise client progress records and notes.
• Uphold HIPAA laws and confidentiality.
