Job summary

Empire ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to support clients in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to foster meaningful progress in kids.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1 year ABA therapy or child-care experience a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Education
