Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program coordination, event management, or project administration.
• Experience working with college-level students in advising, mentoring, residential life, or program leadership.
• Proven track record coordinating complex logistics for multi-stakeholder events under tight deadlines.
• Hands-on experience creating digital promotional content, newsletters, and managing social media pages.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (Notion, Slack, Airtable, Asana) to build workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics, scheduling, and weekly studio cohorts and workshops.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, newsletters, and social content to drive engagement.
• Own the full logistics of studio events (hackathons, panels, showcase days).
• Serve as a primary link between student founders, advisors, alumni, and local mentors.
• Implement lightweight project management systems to track progress and metrics.
• Troubleshoot logistical bottlenecks and support student needs.
