Job summary

southeastern Directions for Life in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking an Impact Team Coordinator to lead an IMPACT team delivering individualized mobile treatment to adults with mental health challenges.

You will supervise case managers, manage scheduling, trainings, and referrals, and partner with the Clinical Director to implement policies and ensure high-quality services. This role blends administration with direct client support within a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social science or human services field is required.
• Minimum 2+ years working with adults with serious mental illness.
• Management experience preferred; ability to supervise staff and coordinate referrals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative duties of the team including scheduling, performance reviews, supervision, and timekeeping.
• Lead daily/weekly team meetings and implement policies.

Join Our Team as an Impact Team Coordinator at southeastern Directions for Life in Sioux Falls, SD!

Are you passionate about helping individuals overcome mental health challenges and live their best lives? Do you have experience in providing case management to adult populations? If so, we want you to join our team as an Impact Team Coordinator!

As an Impact Team Coordinator, you will work with and oversee a team of case managers providing IMPACT (Individualized Mobile Assertive Community Treatment) services to clients in the Sioux Falls area. This position is a mix of administrative and hands on work with the clients.

Duties

• Oversee administrative duties of the team to include but not limited to scheduling, performance reviews, supervision, case consultation, approving timecards and time off requests.
• Assist in leading daily and weekly team meetings.
• Policy implementation.
• New staff training and ongoing education.
• Work in conjunction with the Clinical Director to assign referrals.
• Provide case management to an assigned caseload.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social science or human services field
• 2+ years of previous experience working with adults with SMI
• Previous management experience preferred
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check inclduing criminal background, abuse and neglect screening, OIG screening, Driving record check, and drug screen
