• Driver’s license, car insurance, and driving record acceptable to insurer.
• Background check including fingerprinting, drug screening and TB test.

Must be able to pass medication training and properly monitor administration of medications. Must have a current driver’s license, car insurance, and a driving record acceptable to southeastern’s insurance provider. Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check including fingerprinting, drug screening, and a Dept. of Social Services Central Registry check and TB test
