Job summary

Stark State College in Ohio invites applications for the NEO-WIN Impact Support Administrator (part-time). This role supports student enrollment, scheduling, data collection, and coordination for the IMPACT evaluation as part of a Department of Labor grant project.

The position is grant-funded with a end date of June 30, 2028 and up to 29 hours per week. Ideal candidates are LPN, CNA, or MA with office experience and strong organizational and communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistant, or Medical Assistant with demonstrated office experience.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and effective verbal/written communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Familiarity with Banner and ARGOS reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support student enrollment activities in the IMPACT national evaluation.
• Support the NEO-WIN IMPACT Advisors in scheduling students and other activities.
• Oversee tracking of student service receipt and participation in supportive services for students participating in the study.
• Provide additional support to the Stark State College Nursing Program’s practical nursing staff as needed.
• Maintain effective office procedures and efficient workflow.
• Prepare special reports as necessary; research and verify information and data.
• Order and maintain office supplies and prepare reimbursement requests.
• Schedule office, division, and/or department activities and related functions. May make travel arrangements.
