Job summary

World Relief seeks a Content Developer to gather local stories, photos, videos, and other assets that highlight program impact and community resilience across Fort Worth, Dallas, and Austin. You will partner with program staff, volunteers, and US Advancement to create content for digital, print, and donor channels, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and apply data-informed strategies to grow reach.

Qualifications

• Mature Christian faith and alignment with World Relief values.

• Experience creating ethical, dignity-centered storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Collect story content from World Relief Texas programs in a holistic way.
• Conduct interviews with participants, staff, volunteers, and partners, upholding dignity.
• Maintain ethical storytelling practices including informed consent.
• Capture high-quality photos, videos, audio, and notes for storytelling and marketing.
• Gather data points to strengthen accuracy of stories.
• Coordinate with program staff and USAD to align content with campaigns.
