Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in strategic project management, stakeholder engagement, and translating research into action.
• Experience in nonprofit, higher education, research, or mission-driven environments preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, review, organization, and distribution of research and impact materials.
• Develop and maintain systems for tracking collateral, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables.
• Partner with researchers and communications leaders to streamline workflows and reach audiences.
• Lead logistics for virtual webinars, campus visits, stakeholder meetings, and events.
• Manage calendars, meetings, and internal workflows to keep projects on track.
