Job summary

Regency Hospital in Springdale is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Per Diem, no weekend schedule. The OT will deliver patient-centered therapy on-site, contribute to discharge planning, and support team-based care.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required.
• Certification in BLS or completion within 90 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discharge planning for each patient, including education and adaptive equipment.
• Supervise certified occupational therapy assistants (OTAs), as well as OT and COTA students.
• Conduct individual patient therapy regimens and monitor responses to treatment.
• Attend continuing education seminars and in-services.
