Job summary

District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) is seeking an Analyst, IMPACT Operations to support the IMPACT evaluation system. You will provide customer service to school leaders, teachers, and staff, and manage the online IMPACT database with data collection, input, and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of experience OR two years of experience (no degree requirement).
• Previous exposure to or experience in the education sector a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service assistance to school leaders, teachers, and staff members who contact the IMPACT team.
• Performs a wide variety of tasks in managing the online IMPACT database, including data collection, data input, memo generation, data clean up, and analysis.
• Conducts program and administrative interviews, surveys, and data analyses.
• Compiles relevant information and derives best practices for broader dissemination in order to maintain policy consistency.
• Creates high-quality communications designed to inform and engage staff members.
• Ensures all IMPACT policies are up-to-date and implemented with fidelity.
