Movement Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Loan Closer II to prepare and send closing instructions within 24 hours of assignment and confirm loans will close and be sellable to investors. The role requires confidentiality, strong organization, and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have mortgage industry experience and at least 3 years in closing, with salary range $55,600–$73,300. Relocation packages may be available; benefits include 401(k) and generous PTO.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and send closing instructions within 24 hours of assignment.
• Verify underwriting closing and funding conditions before closing.
• Confirm cash to/from closing is correct per loan program.
• Review final CD to ensure compliance with loan product type.
• Upload final CD and closing instructions with accuracy.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external clients.
