Job summary

Ideal Option is hiring a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist in Pocatello, ID. You will provide administrative and clinical support to ensure smooth clinic operations and assist providers and patients with care tasks.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, MA licensing per state, and BLS/CPR certification. CMA or national certification is preferred; schedule is Mon-Thu 7:30AM to 6:00PM, compensation $15.85–$16.85 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have CMA or national certification preferred.
• Maintain BLS/CPR certification throughout employment.
• Maintain MA licensing per state requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical support to ensure efficient clinic operation.
• Support clinic providers and patients with a variety of patient-care tasks.
• Check patients in for appointments and verify demographics.
• Obtain vitals, breathalyzers, and urine samples for testing.
• May draw patient blood and ensure clinic cleanliness.
