City Year in Orlando is seeking an Impact Manager to lead and develop a team of AmeriCorps members focused on enhancing student performance and strengthening school support. The role involves executing the Whole School Whole Child service model and fostering partnerships with school leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, urban studies, youth work, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with principals and teachers to achieve shared goals.
• Ability to lead diverse teams of young adults.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Whole School Whole Child supports and interventions.
• Guide AmeriCorps members to maximize leadership development potential.
• Develop partnerships with school administration to support students.
