Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school or equivalent.
• Between 4–7 years of relevant experience since law school graduation.
• Bar admission in good standing in at least one state.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing litigation from investigations to appeal.
• Perform legal research, draft memos, and manage document review.
• Assist with pleadings, depositions, witness preparation, and related motions.
• Collaborate with NCYL staff and external partners on litigation strategies.
• Contribute to remedies, settlements, and compliance tracking.
