Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY seeks a Senior Manager, Eligibility to lead Alaska Native and American Indian programs like Child Care, General Assistance, Heating Assistance, and related services. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Service, Business Management, or related field.
• Two (2) years of experience in employment, training, or social service programs and non-profit management.
• Two (2) years of experience in personnel management.
• Two (2) years of experience in budget management.
• Knowledge of Alaska Native and American Indian culture and community resources.
• Valid Alaska driver's license and insurable under CITC's automotive insurance, which requires a driver to be at least 21 years of age and have had a driver's license for at least three years.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, evaluate, and train assigned staff to ensure high-performance teams that deliver quality services.
• Provide direct oversight for program data management including various assistance programs.
• Collaborate with the Director and management team to ensure effective communication, accountability, and cohesive departmental operations.
• Ensure all supervised programs meet state, federal, and granting agency goals, objectives, policies, and regulations.
• Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure fiscal accountability for all benefit and supportive service distributions.
• Update program policies and procedures regularly, create new protocols as needed, and assist Director with plan updates.
• Oversee all Grievance and Appeal processes to ensure proper procedures are followed and completed timely.
• Collect quarterly statistics and narratives for all supervised programs, ensuring alignment with grant requirements.
• Prepare and submit internal and external program reports within deadlines and ensure audit readiness.
• Partner with Case Management and Alaska's People Teams to coordinate delivery of benefits and services.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Social Service, Business Management, or related field
