Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY seeks a Program Manager to lead Youth Education programs, manage budgets, and pursue new grant opportunities aligned with Alaska Native youth services.

The role requires strong leadership, fiscal management, and the ability to develop partnerships with community organizations. This exempt full-time position reports to the YE Director and supports program excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and technical writing skills; ability to prepare comprehensive reports.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Two years of experience in budget management; fiscal oversight.
• Knowledge of Anchorage area policies and practices is helpful.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire team members; lead staff to meet objectives.
• Evaluate performance with feedback, coaching, and appraisals.
• Foster employee engagement and professional development.
• Ensure programs meet goals, objectives, and compliance.
• Track revenues/expenses and manage program budgets; ensure funding compliance.
• Collect quarterly statistics and narratives; support audits and reporting.
• Maintain Fab Lab safety protocols and lab manuals; update as needed.
• Coordinate strategic planning sessions to drive growth and improvement.
• Conduct Fab Lab tours for partners and community stakeholders.
