Job summary

The Bush Foundation seeks an Investment Associate to manage operational infrastructure and support the investment portfolio in alignment with stewardship and impact objectives.

You will collaborate across the Finance, Investment, and Grantmaking teams, manage data and reporting, monitor managers, and contribute to PRI work and impact investing initiatives. This hybrid role is based in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment operations, portfolio management or institutional investing.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to boards.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities for analyses and presentations.
• Understanding of ESG criteria and program related investments (PRIs) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal investment systems and databases; oversee trading operations and onboarding of managers.
• Support portfolio monitoring, due diligence, and investment committee materials.
• Lead and support PRI program development and reporting; collaborate with grantmaking teams.
