Job summary

International Justice Mission (IJM) seeks Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning Interns and Fellows for a 12-month program across offices worldwide. Positions may be in Accra, Bucharest, Lima, Guatemala City, San Salvador, Phnom Penh, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok, Manila. Stipend provided to help defray expenses for volunteers.

Program duration is 12 months, from June 2027 - May 2028. Eligible candidates have relevant degrees and prior leadership or internship experience; fluency in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• At least one prior internship or leadership experience.
• Organizational and administrative skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft software and Windows strongly preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish required for Latin America offices.
• Master's degree and 3+ years of related experience preferred for fellows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the program design team (design process; schedule workshops/meetings).
• Participate in the design process (desk research, stakeholder meetings, define scope).
• Oversee proposal drafting (write sections, edit contributions, draft logframes).
• Oversee proposal submission (synchronize with deadlines).
• Develop data monitoring systems for gathering and analyzing project data.
• Coordinate collection, analysis and communication of project data.
• Oversee quarterly program reviews (attendance, updates to plans).
• Oversee M&E Plan revisions and trend identification.
• Prepare relevant monitoring data for internal quarterly reviews.
