Job summary

International Justice Mission (IJM) in Washington, DC invites Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning interns and fellows to support field office leadership in designing, monitoring and evaluating projects across offices worldwide. The work spans multiple offices and emphasizes data quality, learning and impact evidence.

Positions may require fluency in Spanish for Latin America, and the fellowship runs for 12 months from June 2027 through May 2028.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• One internship or significant leadership experience in non-profit, campus, volunteer or community orgs.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft software and Windows strongly preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish required for Latin America offices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the program design team and workshops.
• Contribute to design workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Oversee proposal drafting and submissions.
• Develop data monitoring systems for project indicators.
• Coordinate collection, analysis and communication of project data.
• Support quarterly program reviews and change control updates.
• Assist in refining Monitoring & Evaluation Plan and learn from field data.
• Support safeguarding and ethical compliance processes.
