Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington seeks an Impact & Innovation Associate to support the Center of Transformation and related programs across STEM, workforce readiness, and advocacy. The role, hybrid from Shared Services, focuses on educating youth about global issues and ensuring high-quality programming.

You will collaborate with the I&I team to develop curricula, coordinate activities, and measure outcomes while maintaining strong communication with club staff, parents, and partners.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree is preferred.
• Minimum of five years' experience in relevant fields.
• Passion for positive youth development and impact.
• Knowledge of youth development principles.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with technology platforms (TikTok, Kahoot, Instagram, etc.).
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and support high-quality programs.
• CPR and First Aid Certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to develop impactful I&I programs.
• Provide cross-functional support across I&I initiatives.
• Offer direct support to program leads and coordinators.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling and records.
• Serve as a communication hub for parents and staff.
• Participate in monthly trainings and network meetings.
• Contribute to emergent curricula and best practices.
• Collaborate on CoT Summit and BGCGW events.
• Participate in program and outcomes measurement.
• Identify CoT-related grant opportunities for sustainability.
• Help develop emergent technology curricula.
• Deliver high-quality CoT and related programming.
• Provide guidance and role modeling to members.
• Lead departmental field trips.
• Participate in monthly staff meetings and hybrid work planning.
• Travel between sites as required.
