• Track record of sourcing and closing top candidates.
• Strong experience with recruiting tools and systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity with resilience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Part-Time Instructors from kickoff to offer acceptance.
• Source and engage top talent through outreach, paid channels, and sourcing methods.
• Extend offers and close top candidates.
• Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with the broader TA team to enhance systems and processes as AoPS grows.
• Stay informed on recruiting trends, compliance updates, and best practices.
