Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1+ years of FP&A experience with emphasis on expense analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience analyzing operating costs and explaining budget-to-actual variances.
• Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting across corporate and administrative functions.
• Partner with department leaders to manage spending and guide resource allocation.
• Prepare financial reports and management presentations, including variance analysis.
• Analyze operating expenses, staffing, compensation, and vendor costs to identify trends and potential savings.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions, new initiatives, and workforce planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation while maintaining accurate data.
• Enhance budgeting and forecasting processes and support improvements to financial systems.
• Assist with audits, leadership reporting, and special finance projects.
