Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum two years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Familiar with GAAP and nonprofit accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries for accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare consolidating entries across entities for reporting.
• Assist with Form 990 and state filings across affiliated entities.
• Support the annual financial statement audit and respond to audit requests.
• Coordinate with external auditors.
