Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in asset management, property management, real estate development, or related field.
• Familiarity with affordable housing financing and subsidy programs preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze property financial statements.
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred or other transferable experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of rental housing to meet or exceed corporate revenue targets while maintaining financial and physical condition.
• Indirect management of the property management company and representation in management decisions.
• Engage in portfolio-level capital planning and financial management.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Development and Resident Services as needed.
• Develop and monitor property-level strategies for financial health and eventual repositioning.
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, and lender/investor communications.
