Job summary

The Durable Finance Manager at The Nature Conservancy will lead the finance workstream for PFP deals, developing flexible financial models and SFMs, and supporting workshops with government partners. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with country teams and the Global PFP team to secure successful closings.

This is a two-year term position with potential extension, based on funding and performance, and offers global opportunities with working hours aligned to PST.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Experience managing multiple complex tasks and with project management.
• Experience with financial issues or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance financial strategies for PFP deals in collaboration with in-country and global teams.
• Manage complex project work plans, sustainable finance workstreams, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with governments and internal staff to align objectives and outcomes.
• Develop and review financial models, strategy documents, and abstracts.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
