Job summary

WellLife Network in New York is seeking a dedicated cleaning specialist to perform bathroom disinfection, window cleaning, floor care, and general office cleaning as part of our nonprofit health and human services team.

You will operate cleaning equipment, follow safety guidelines, and assist with groundskeeping and snow removal as needed, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Must be able to obtain and wear an Agency uniform.
• NYS Driver’s license and access to a vehicle a plus.
• Computer literacy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bathroom disinfection and cleaning.
• Window cleaning and glass surface care.
• Carpet vacuuming and shampooing.
• Stripping, waxing and buffing floors.
• Trash removal and janitorial duties as assigned.
• Clean equipment after usage and housekeeping of vans if required.
• Comply with safety rules and chemical usage as per labels.
• May climb ladders and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Support snow removal and schedule flexibility.
