Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • PhD in evaluation, public health, social sciences, public policy, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage the office-wide evaluation framework guiding data collection, analysis, and use.
  • Lead full evaluation cycles for priority programs.
  • Synthesize findings into accessible reports, dashboards, and presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Provide evaluation consultation and capacity-building support to staff.
  • Identify and track key performance indicators for community engagement activity.
