Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) is seeking an Impact Evaluation Specialist II to monitor program metrics, implement evaluation plans, and develop reports that communicate program impact. You will serve as a key contact for executive leaders, strategic project teams, and external partners, and support training efforts as a technical resource for evaluation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, public health, evaluation or related field.
• Four years of experience in program monitoring, analytics, or related roles.
• Experience generating reports and dashboards from CRM or similar systems.
• Experience using data viz tools (Power BI/Tableau) for dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and administration of surveys to assess impact of services.
• Develop program data collection and reporting requirements with stakeholders.
• Contribute to data governance and ensure data quality across evaluations.
• Create and maintain reporting templates and dashboards for leadership.
• Communicate insights clearly to executives and cross-functional teams.
