Qualifications

• Four years of experience in program monitoring and evaluation.
• Experience generating reports and dashboards from CRM or analytics tools.
• BS in business, public health, evaluation or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection design and survey administration for program evaluation.
• Develop reporting templates and communicate insights to leadership.
• Create dashboards and written reports with clear visuals and KPIs.
• Collaborate across teams and ensure data governance and quality.
