Job summary

Innovation Network in Washington, DC is seeking an Associate to join the evaluation consulting team. You will design projects, collect data, analyze results, and develop charts, graphs, and other visualizations.

You will work in small teams and support multiple projects concurrently. The role requires a Master’s degree and 3–5 years of evaluation experience, plus strong communication skills and an interest in advocacy, health equity, and social justice.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of evaluation experience.
• Strong background in evaluation concepts, frameworks, and designs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to project design and planning.
• Develop logic models and evaluation plans.
• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data (surveys, interviews, focus groups).
• Create and structure spreadsheets, databases, and data repositories.
• Conduct data entry and analysis (thematic analysis, surveys).
• Draft deliverables including reports and data visualizations.
