Job summary

Covista seeks a Senior Manager, Impact Engagement to embed our impact story across business, people, and external presence. This role spans Corporate Affairs to align messaging, partnerships, and programs with Covista Open Doors.

The position leads engagement strategy, builds narrative architecture for Impact and the Covista Foundation, and drives internal communications and partnerships across formats. Seven+ years in social impact and communications are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in social impact, strategy, communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Deep expertise in social impact, strategy, philanthropy and community engagement.
• Proven communications experience translating complex work into clear narratives across formats and audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse internal audiences.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across functions in a matrixed organization.
• Strong project management skills with a track record in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the engagement strategy for Covista's Impact function across channels and touchpoints.
• Connect Impact with Corporate Affairs partners to ensure consistent representation.
• Build narrative architecture for Covista Open Doors and the Covista Foundation; translate strategy into compelling stories.
• Lead internal communications and storytelling for enterprise impact, programs and partnerships.
• Develop impact-centered content across formats—from events to annual reports.
