Job summary

Covista is seeking a Senior Manager, Impact Engagement to embed the company’s Open Doors impact strategy across all channels, audiences and business touchpoints. You will work with Corporate Affairs to ensure consistent storytelling and partnership development.

You will lead internal communications, develop engagement programs and create compelling narratives for stakeholders including alumni, government and investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
• Seven+ years in social impact, strategy, communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Deep expertise in social impact—strategy, sustainability, philanthropy and community engagement.
• Proven communications experience—developing internal communications strategies across formats.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the engagement strategy for Covista's Impact function across channels and audiences.
• Serve as primary connector between Impact and Corporate Affairs— alumni, government, investor relations, public affairs and communications.
• Build narrative architecture for Covista Open Doors and Covista Foundation; translate strategy into resonant stories.
• Drive internal communications and storytelling for the enterprise impact strategy, programs and partnerships.
• Lead development of impact-centered content across events, fundraising appeals, annual reports and leadership briefings.
• Equip Covista leaders with messaging and resources to bring Impact to life in their contexts.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to advance Covista's Impact strategy.
