Job summary

Jobot is a mission-minded non-profit providing high-quality legal aid to the community in New Hampshire. We are seeking a Staff Attorney with Veterans Affairs experience to guide and counsel veterans facing homelessness, income challenges, and overall well-being.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, generous PTO, and full medical coverage (health, dental & vision) with a supportive team focused on a strong mission. A JD and NH license within one year are required.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.)
• Active NH Law License or ability to gain license within 1 year
• 5-8 years experience in litigation, client representation or legal advising
• Experience working alongside Veterans or dealing with Veteran issues such as homelessness, health, income, safety, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice, guidance, and counsel to Veterans facing homelessness and financial hardship.
• Assist with legal matters and advocacy related to Veterans' welfare.
