ACHIEVE in Oneida, NY is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support agency-wide recruitment initiatives. This full-time role sources, screens, coordinates hiring, and partners with managers to drive an efficient, compliant process that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will create job postings, manage candidate pipelines, participate in events, and maintain accurate records in the ATS/HRIS while delivering strong service to applicants and hiring

Formación

• Two years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent education considered.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage candidate recruitment activities from sourcing through onboarding.
• Review applications and conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Create and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms and community resources.
• Attend job fairs, career events, and community outreach to promote opportunities.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Track applicant activity and maintain records in the ATS/HRIS.
• Assist with pre-employment requirements, onboarding, and new hire documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to applicants, employees, and hiring managers.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring metrics to support staffing goals.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, agency policies, and regulatory requirements.
