The Town of Ashland seeks an experienced Sustainability Program Coordinator to design and implement programs reducing environmental impact, coordinating with Town boards and committees. You will lead sustainability initiatives including NetZero, manage grants, track metrics, and promote energy and water conservation across departments and the community.

A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred, with at least three years in sustainability programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an environmentally-related discipline required.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and management of sustainability initiatives and programs.
• Coordinate collaboration between Town departments, boards, and committees.
• Manage grants and funding for sustainability projects.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics for sustainability initiatives.
• Promote energy and water conservation and sustainable practices across Town operations.
