Job summary

The Navigators is seeking an Eagle Lake Recruiting Lead to drive the sourcing, relationships, and pipelines for summer staff and leadership development. You will engage college campuses, churches, and Navigators ministries while building alumni connections to strengthen recruitment channels.

This role requires a track record in recruiting, leadership ability, and collaboration with partners to deliver mission-aligned staffing for Eagle Lake programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related field.
• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems; MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead year‑round strategy for sourcing exceptional summer staff.
• Build recruiting relationships with colleges, churches, Navigators ministries, alumni, and partners.
• Travel to campuses and events to represent Eagle Lake and recruit for leadership roles.
• Develop referrals and partner with teams on digital marketing for opportunities.
