CACI International Inc. is seeking a Strategic Planning Senior Consultant to help build short-, mid-, and long-term strategic documents from the ground up. You will lead government SMEs to align goals with command pulse and facilitate CCD workflow capture and SOP codification.

The role requires exceptional writing, executive interfacing, and a current SECRET clearance, with up to 25% travel locally. A four-year degree and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Formación

• Experience interfacing with senior executives.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• U.S. Navy experience, SPECOPS/Small Boat involvement recommended.
• Extensive MS Office experience including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
• 4-year college degree required.
• Recent or current SECRET security clearance.
• Experience in Continuous Process Improvement desired.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments, studies, analyses and facilitate CCD workflow capture.
• Identify and assess inter- and intra-organizational responsibilities and relationships.
• Facilitate workflow sessions to capture as-is and to-be processes per CCD leadership.
• Develop a CCD workflow process and SOP guidebook for new hire training.
• Develop and maintain consolidated records in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc., for reporting and analysis.
• Evaluate data using quantitative and qualitative methods to justify workflow changes.
