Job summary

Community Options, Inc. is looking for an experienced Residential Program Manager in Pittsburgh, PA. The Program Manager will lead a team providing person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while also managing staff performance and ensuring operational goals are met.

This role offers a starting salary of $55,000 per year along with competitive insurance benefits, generous PTO, and various employee incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years full-time experience in supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed.
• Develop and implement activity programs including Meaningful Day curriculum.
• Communicate with families and guardians of individuals supported.
