Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of experience in quantitative UX or market research in software or digital products.
  • Strong background in experimental design and statistics (hypothesis testing, sample size, significance).
  • Hands-on survey research experience; familiarity with survey platforms like Qualtrics is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Excel, R, or Python for analyses and clear data storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute experiments (A/B tests and related) to support product decisions.
  • Determine sample sizes and select appropriate statistical tests.
  • Recommend experimental approaches for business or product problems.
  • Conduct and analyze quantitative survey research from design to analysis.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and marketers.
  • Support customer experience measurement programs with longitudinal reporting.
  • Triangulate findings across data sources and translate into actionable recommendations.
