Job summary

The Center in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a portfolio of youth and intergenerational programs, coordinating across teams to deliver high-quality initiatives aligned with the organization's mission.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and hands-on, capable of managing budgets, timelines, and partner relationships; strong project management and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Arts Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing programs or educational initiatives in a nonprofit, arts, or youth-focused organization.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills: comfortable interacting with children, teens, parents, facilitators, partners, and vendors.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings/weekends.
• Commitment to The Center’s mission of making creativity accessible to all.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute programs within youth and intergenerational initiatives.
• Manage program timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day logistics.
• Oversee program budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Development and Marketing for sponsorships and funding alignment.
• Build and maintain relationships with artists, educators, and community partners.
• Track KPIs and report progress to leadership.
